I've been developing a craving for stews recently. Does anyone have any suggestions? Whether it's a more traditional Irish lamb stew, a Strogonoff, or more exotic African stew, apart from Cioppino (which I don't care for), I'm open to all suggestions!
 
If possible, I would rather the place be located with the West LA, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown area. Even something in San Diego would be great, as I make two trips there every week. I'm only afriad of getting on the 405. However, if there's anything you guys find truly exeptional, but is outside the area I mentioned, please let me know.
