Exacta-mundo -- I had that very dish at Matsuhisa's as part of the Chef's Dinner (5 courses, $80.00, not including alcohol). But the prize of that night was the scallop sashimi in a cherry-blossom design, intersperced with truffle slices and an amazing soy glaze...
