There is a woman whose first name is Chandra who teaches Fijian Indian cooking through some of the local colleges. Her food is excellent and she is a charming and knowledgable person, and I would assume a good teacher. She used to own Chandra's Indian Restaurant in Manhattan Beach, a place which was quite popular but doomed by redevelopment. I don't remember her last name which is very long, but everyone calls her Chandra.
