There are now a couple of Le Petit Zinc's, maybe one of them can serve you late. Otherwise, I think you're left with finding a late night place that might have a bistro item or two, e.g., Kate Mantilini, Pacific Dining Car--neither of which is a bistro. Or room service at a hotel like Mondrian. I hear they do a good steak frites. Or a bar situation, Hal's in Venice or Voda in Santa Monica.
