About 2 years ago, some friends and I had a Warm Liquid Center Chocolate Tart at Aureole in Las Vegas (at Mandalay Bay). I am not even a chocoholic, but this thing was incredible. Damn it was good! (As for the remarks about The Apple Pan below, I love their pies as well - though I would go for the Coconut Cream Pie over the Banana Cream Pie).
