I think it's wonderful - on a weekday, or before 8am or after 2pm!!!
 
You could go to the farmer's market and the grocery store and cook yourself a lovely breakfast at home in the amount of time it takes to actually get served on the weekend during peak hours.
 
Another place we used to go was Pepy's at the bowling alley on Lincoln past Manchester, before you get to the airport. Nice greasy spoon diner with good chilaquiles and eggs benedict.
