THANKS! That's the place alright. As I said earler, I really enjoyed the food (and the company of the lady behind the counter - a really nice older lady). I enjoyed the article you were kind enough to link to ;)
 
BTW, I went to school at UCR from '88 - '92. I wish I would have known about the place back then (but would I have spared beer $ for food? Hmmmm......)
