hey thi,
 
I posted about the young coconut juice and the not formed meat when i was in india about a month ago. I loved it - like a coconut oyster.
 
One other thing about coconut water--while i was there in india we used it for its restorative health capabilities--full of potassium, minerals and vitamins. A tropical gatorade.
