I gotta admit, I have been seriously toying with the idea of opening a Bistro just to have cheese boards on the menu.
 
I am THAT disappointed with the offerings I have found -- or should say, HAVEN'T found.
 
It goes along with a previous thread where I complained bitterly about the multitude of restaurants with fabulous wine lists but the by-the-glass offering is hideous!
 
Wouldn't it be fabulous to go to a nice little joint where you could order a great glass of wine (say, an Opus One) and a simple cheese plate?
 
Maybe some day.... if I find investors....
