Actually the one on Pico is La Serenata Gourmet... La Serenata di Garibaldi is on 4th St. in Santa Monica. Their flan is droolingly delicious though. All of them.
 
Also, there's the Apple Pan, though it's hamburgers. South a little bit from WSP (not walking distance), Hu's Szechwan on National is good if a bit of a hole-in-the-wall.
