The name of the place on Santa Monica and Federal is Le Saigon. We never go there because there are only a few tables and it takes forever to get one.
 
There's also a bunch of Pho shops in Van Nuys if you find yourself up in the Valley... centred on Victory and Sepulveda, there's one next to the 99 Ranch and one across Sepulveda (I thought it was Pho 79 but it might be Pho 88 or Pho 666 or Pho 3.1415926535...)
