I too read your post and had to check it out my own self. The food is the absolute freshest. I watched them press my tortilla from the dough, and then grill it to make my taco. They literally slice even the lettuce for each order. It was amazing authentic mexican food at very reasonable prices. If you can't take the heat, watch out for the salsas!
