It has been my experience that these fat free and low fat products sweetened with fruit juice actually have higher calorie counts than the high fat version. Sometimes alot more. I am not sure what is worse. We eat more fat free foods and people on average are more obese than when we didn't have these foods offered. Are Snack Wells responsible for the ballooning of America?
