Several months ago I went to a great, hip place on Sunset, just West of Fairfax, next to the DGA called The Griddle.
 
I had some yummy crunchy pancakes that had corn flakes mixed in the batter.
 
And extra points for their coffee as they bring you a few cups worth in a french press.
 
However, there was a considerable wait for a table.
