I really like a place called BODACIOUS BBQ in Carson - 637 University Drive, Carson, CA. Haven't seen it mentioned here. I've tried the pork ribs, hotlinks, and chipped beef. Lots of smoky flavor all around. I tried the peach cobbler and it is only ok. Don't make the mistake (like I did) asking if the "smoker" is gas-fired. I was reprimanded by the owner and informed it was only fired with wood for flavor. The owner, Duck, is a BIG jazz fan as you can see by all the pictures on the walls. Anyone else been to Bodacious?
