In the Valley there is Saigon Sandwich, in the corner of the Vietnamese strip mall off Sepulveda near Victoy. (Across the street from the Ranch 99, Sam Woo, etc complex.) Further west in Reseda there is Ba Le Sandwich, 18625 Sherman Way. And in Canoga Park there is another that I think is also Ba Le Sandwich, on De Soto, just north of the intersection with Sherman Way. These are also good areas to find Pho.
 
There are also 1 or 2 places in Chinatown, I think. Someone else will likely post the details.
