I got this email from Gladstones. This is a follow-up for the poster a few weeks ago who was looking for it. I am not affliated with Gladstones.
 

Copper River Salmon is the most sought-after fish of all. It is the rarest, largest and most precious of all Alaskan salmons. This Salmon only runs
about 4 weeks during the year and they are known throughout the world for their wonderful flavor and its “rich" and "deep" color.
 
Alaska Airlines will by flying our Salmon down daily on Flight #172/290 departing Juneau, Alaska at 1:45 a.m. Landing at LAX at 8.43 a.m. – even Sundays. So you can enjoy the freshest salmon that there is.
 
Chef Toni and his team will are creating daily specials that will compliment our regular menu. Some of these items available will be:

- Salmon Steaks with a Honey Glaze
