Anyone know any "Jewish" style restaurants (no need to be Kosher) for Flanken (boiled beef with horsradish sauce), kasha varnishkas etc.?? Used to get this all the time in New York at Kiev-24 hour Ukrainian Coffe Shop in East Village-have no found nowhere in LA.
Please don't refer me to Canter's on Fairfax for this or anything. Hate that place (love the bakery items but not the food)
