I must confess to a great fondness for the bacon at Dupar's of all places. I've tried bacon all over the place, and the truth is I'm rarely disappointed. Unless it's undercooked, what's not to like? But for some reason, Dupar's tastes particularly scrumptious to me. I can't imagine why. I'm sure they don't use a fancy or artisan brand. Am I alone on this?
