The Bluewater Grill in Newport Beach and South Coast Plaza area in Orange county serve fried Ipswitch Clams, on the menu all the time. I personally go for the Eureka sand dabs, lemon and capers. These style of clams are not my thing, but I am told they are authentic Eastern Ipswitchs' belly and all.
