Because Heather said I should... Just over two weeks ago I was a Technical Writer for a failing dot-com. I got laid-off the day of the Windows of Hope benefit (regrets to LiverBoy and La Cachette which I was really looking forward to!). Next Monday I will be starting a new career with The Patina Group, owners and operators of all the Pinot restaurants, Ottos, Nick & Steph's Steakhouse, Impressario's, and more. My official title is Meeting Manager. What I will be doing is coordinating with the Director of Catering at the Dorothy Chandler Music Pavilion for their related catering events there and at the Hollywood Bowl. Being a chowhound is finally paying off! YEAH!
