Woody's, on PCH in Sunset Beach: all of what you're looking for + surfers.
 
Harbour House, also on PCH in Sunset Beach: beach version of the coffee shop. No blue hair. Waitresses are young and more likely to have pink or purple hair.
 
Hof's Hut: Long Beach/OC chain. Great all day breakfast menu, good burgers, fries, and onion rings. Great bakery.
