Hi, Tom. Glad to read your review. I'd heard some not-so-nice things about the new HHC (adding fuel to my now-hopefully-forgotten blasting of the entire Vermont strip...) but now I'll definitely give it a try. The old place was a standby for me. I used to always get the scrambled eggs with salmon but your description of the poached eggs and hash is very tempting...
