there's an indonesian restaurant on beverly west of vermont called agung that supposedly used to have avocado shakes and avocado-coffee shakes, but i haven't made it there -- and now it seems closed. it's still there, its signs are still up, but it's always gated.
 
does anyone know if this place is still open, just on vacation, or closed for good? this used to be a favorite of jonathan gold.
