I'm a fan of the crepes at the 3rd & Fairfax Farmers' Market stand. They're thick and chewy, not your traditional thinner crepes, but they're tasty and have a good variety of fillings. My favorite is one with racalette, prosciutto and pickles (all spelled incorrectly except the pickles).
 
La Belle Epoque, in Los Feliz, has crepes for Sunday brunch. I haven't had them in a while but remember them being quite good, especially a salmon-dill-cream cheese crepe.
