Pat is correct in the pronunciation of Pho. As for the meaning, it's just the name of that type of noodle soup. I love Pho myself! There are two on Sepulveda (Pho So 1 and Pho 999), like Macy mentioned, but I also prefer Pho 999. They have a much bigger menu with better tasting food. Both of these restaurants can also be found on the west side of Reseda just north of Sherman Way. Pho from the San Fernando Valley (or elsewhere) doesn't compare to those from the San Gabriel area or Little Saigon, so if you're ever in one of these areas, you really should get Pho. No question about the Vietnamese Iced-Coffee. It's my favorite coffee!
