Message: | I frequented and enjoyed Edo Sushi in Woodland Hills when I lived up there. I'm in Culver City now but occassionally I make a special trip; the blue crab roll is worth the drive. You must order it with the soy paper instead of seaweed paper. Mmmmmm. They also do a tasty (& unique) dill salmon sushi and they always have giant clam sushi. They usually have a yummy baby abalone sashimi, if they can keep it in stock. (I am a clam person, that might not be to your taste though) It's not really fancy, like say Terru Sushi in Studio City... But if you are all about the food then that won't matter. Edo is on Ventura, near the Shoup exit. It's on the north side of Ventura. By the way Terru Sushi is quite popular, and has nice atmosphere. We used to go there once in a while when we live in that area and had no complaints until my husband had some "bad" salmon eggs there that almost made him puke. They smelled nasty. Could have been a fluke i guess, but still... Happy eating, from a fellow sushi lover! |
