forget it all-- you can never find one out here just like philly.
 
There is a good one though at a bar called Philly West on Westwood north of Pico between Santa MOnica blvd.
If ever in Philly go to Pat's steaks @ 9th & Wharton St, not that far behind Independence Hall. They are worth a trip east.
