The conversation on the General Topics board got me a-thinkin'. What local bar(s) float your boat and why?
 
A couple of my neighborhood favorites are...
 
Molly Malone's: for that authentic worn-around-the-edges pub ambiance (I'm in love with the paintings), good beers on tap and they treat their regulars right.
 
Yamashiro: I'm a sucker for a view and, hey, it makes up for the bad service; this place was made for happy hour at sunset and out of towners.
 
Saddle Ranch: just thinking about it makes me laugh.
 
I know I'll come up with more...what're yours?
