it's just a quality cheese (buffalo mozzarella, high-end imported cheeses) with good meats/vegetables on good bread. a sandwich like they serve in italy at every bar for $3. oh, yeah...it comes with a few salty fries and a little salad.

when i first went, it was about $10 - a reasonable price. not anymore.

in addition, campinile used to have a very reasonably priced wine list (low markups). no longer.

i agree on the service. its rather cold and unpleasant every time i've been.

i'd go for brunch, but even that runs $20+ a person...and they don't even give you a bread/muffin/croissant basket free.
