I'm drooling all over my keyboard right now.... especially since Aji (if flown in from Japan) is at its prime now. btw- Are the specialty items like shirako listed on a board? or did u just come on to it via word-of-mouth?
 
I heard that the matsutake season in Japan is just peaking, but basically over with here in Cal/Oregon. Oh well....
