I can't wait to try these places out. I'll be driving through LA over the holidays and then coming again in February with some snack-lovin' friends. We are psyched.
 
I agree that the Artesia experience shouldn't be missed. That's where I went for chaat last time. A little disturbing though that half the restaurants there seemed to have a "B" health rating. Maybe the health standards are more stringent there. In San Diego (where I grew up) it was really really rare to see a "B". Go figure.
