I can't say good- I'm not expert enough to judge. And my "good" could be your "bad". Here are two ideas though:
 
The Chinese bakery next to the 99 Ranch Market on Artesia Blvd. It's in the shopping center (south side of Artesia) near where Artesia Blvd. becomes the freeway.
 
The Chinese bakery next to the all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet restaurant that's in Torrance. I'm not sure of the location; it's in one of the shopping centers near PCH and Crenshaw (I hope??). (Decent frozen packages of potstickers can be bought in that bakery also.)
