Message: | Here's the situation: I went to school in San Luis Obispo in central California. There was a pizza place called Palindromes that served a deep-dish pizza with extraordinarily thick and dense crust; one massive piece was usually more than enough food. Now that I am in L.A., I NEED to find a place that can satiate my craving. And while I think what I am looking for is Chicago-style, I may be wrong. Most importantly, the pizza crust should be thick and dense. Also, for some reason the pizza I enjoyed in San Luis Obispo was not greasy at all, unlike a lot of the deep-dish pizza I've tried since. This may be some sort of clue as to its construction. I would be thrilled with any help anybody could give. |
