Well i haven't been there in about six months, but everytime I have had the pleasure eating there, the pork pump has been absolutely divine. So rich and fatty on the outside with tender white meat within. The fatty skin just dissolves on your tongue... no teeth required (yum!). And the flavors from the sauce have always been very well executed, matching sweet with salty. The jade shrimp is so overrated though, but their fried bread is an absolute revelation.
 
I like the service better at Mei Long Village, but their pork pump is bland in comaprison to Lake Spring's from my experience.
