Check out an earlier thread below. Also, for really good rice dishes, I recommend Com Tam Thuan Kieu (included in the earlier thread). They offer so many choices, and they make excellent food. For good pho, one place to go to is Pho Bolsa at 14092 Magnolia St. near Westminster Blvd (714-898-2322). This is one place out of a plethora of good pho places out there.
