Great responses! OK, so I'll swallow the bait; we've got a few Oaxacan restaurants in LA, but where are your favorites and what are some dishes you wouldn't find elsewhere? I've been to some, but--to tell the truth--was a little intimidating (I know, it shouldn't happen, but it did).
