Curious as to what people think about tipping on takeout. Both as takeout alone and takeout in addition to food eaten in.
 
(If I use my credit card on takeout, and it's somewhere I go a lot and the people know me, I will add a small tip)
 
Someone had mentioned asking for separate bill for wine.... If I order takeout when I'm eating in, should I ask for a separate bill?
