There is a lady in Santa Monica that teaches Indian cooking. Her last name is Batra and she does have a cook book. I was working at her house when she was making Aloo Paratha and she wrapped one up for me to take home and share with my wife. It never made it home. She does offer classes from time to time. She may even have a web site.
