This ain't haute cuisine, but Costco's muffins are pretty good, although very sweet -- and huge! Half a muffin is more than enough for a serving. Unfortunately, you have to buy a whole tray. Cut them in half and freeze them, so you have single servings whenever the mood hits. Or share a tray with a friend or two.
