For fine dining, Shiro on Mission is interesting (yummy whole fried catfish). For quick/to go, Senor Fish, also on Mission -good soups and quesadillas. Good Japanese restaurant next to the Rialto Theatre, always a long wait. And of course the deli counter at Bristol Farms on Fair Oaks.
