Well here are two suggestions. I don't know where you are but these are a start.
Al Gelato on Robertson Blvd between Wilshire and Olympic has mostly gelati but has a few ices. I like the pear, lemon and had the grapefruit last Saturday.
 
There's a place on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica around 14th St. on the north side of the street. It's across from the Aero and on the same block as a place that sells French-(Canadian) charcuterie whose name I can also not recall. Anyway, this place advertises that it has only ices. I had a great blood orange ice there, but then I like blood oranges a great deal and can't imagine what a bad one would taste like.
