i love the idea of a bbq tasting. i love ribs! of the local joints in thousand oaks: wood ranch, red's, t.o. meat locker, bandit's - they are all ok, but nothing spectacular. i had great ribs in little rock, arkansas a month ago. anyway, i'm game for a ribs testing. :)
