I don't have the address on me, but you'll have to give Yang Chow in Chinatown a serious consideration. They have the best slippery shrimp dish (something they're known for) this side of the Great Wall and the servie is great. The matre de (sp?), Jimmy, is a total stitch as he'll probably tell you a few jokes at your table and show you his prized collection of business cards from thousands of stars that have dined there. It's relatively well known, but stil a toal find.
