Favori's specialty is the oven-baked ("grilled?") whole fish (Ca Nuong in Vietnamese). I think every table there gets one of these. It's excellent! It gets to your table whole, and you take off pieces of it and wrap it with a bunch of different garnishes in rice paper. It comes with either a shrimpy paste sauce or fish sauce, both of which can be hard to eat, but once you get used to it, it's so good!
