Prado, on Larchmont, works in the same "nouvelle carib" mode, and works better, IMHO. There's already been on-list debate about SoCal's Cuban offerings, and specifically whether Versailles deserves its popularity. After eating even more "nouvelle" "nouvelle carib" at Vida, I still am sold on Versailles' chicken...
