Morton's, not the Hollywood hangout by that name, but any branch in the country of Arnie Morton's. This is a chain, not a franchise, and every Morton's I have ever dined at in the United States has consistently had the same high quality.
 
Very good beef. The New York steak is a huge slab of prime beef perfectly cooked. My juices are running just thinking about this.
