Because we live in NB I found Sushi Wasabi to be quite convenient and have eaten there many times, unfortunately we have decided to stop going because Katsu is making already very small portions even smaller, besides over priced. Two weeks ago we got up right in the middle of dinner and asked for a check, after I watched him put a TEASPOON of crab in our hand rolls, totally ridiculous. I drive all the way to Nozawa in Studio City weekly and it is a thousand times better and 35 minutes farther each way(depending on traffic). One visit to Nozawa and you'll forget Wasabi. For an emergency OC Sushi place Taiko in Irvine.
