Message: | Just wanted to warn others about the poor dining experience we had at the Savannah Chop House in Laguna Niguel. We made reservations so were seated immediately, but at the worst table possible. The table was crammed behind the silverware cabinet and next to the emergency exit door, so we spent the entire dinner watching servers grab silverware, napkins, etc. The service was slow since our server was obviously being more attentive to a larger party that was running up the alcohol bill. Even worse, WHILE we were eating, the wait staff came and removed the two extra chairs at our table (our jackets and my purse were on them), lifting them over our heads, to use at other tables. This left my boyfriend and me sitting at a large, empty table with nowhere to put our things. It then took 20 minutes after dessert to get the bill (after asking numerous times). While the food was good, the service was HORRIBLE. I will never go back again. |
