Pho 79 in downtown Alhambra (11 E. Main St.;other locations, but this is the one I tried) has great steamed spring rolls, wrapped in a delectable translucent roll and served with an addictive, hoisin-based (I think) dipping sauce. An all-around great Vietnamese choice, especially for the namesake Pho bowls.
